The Role
As we continue to grow in Australia and prepare to scale into the US market, we’re seeking a skilled and driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & GTM, this role is critical to optimising sales and marketing processes, driving data-driven insights, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes that scale with our business and directly contribute to achieving Fresh's mission and goals.
You’ll drive significant uplift by setting up the revenue operations capability from the ground up. The role offers a high degree of independence, allowing you to introduce and embed best practices across the organization while ensuring alignment with Fresh's broader strategic objectives.

A week in the Life:
- Data analysis & reporting: Analyse sales and marketing performance data, and present actionable insights to the Head of Strategy & GTM to guide key revenue and growth decisions. Prepare detailed reports on pipeline health, marketing performance, and sales activities.
- Pipeline management & optimisation: Review the sales pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance conversion rates and overall efficiency.
- Sales strategy: Develop and optimize sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including potential campaign design, propensity modelling, territory planning, and performance analysis.
- Collaboration with leadership: Work closely with the Head of Member Acquisition & Growth and Head of Marketing to align strategies, streamline workflows, and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Process improvement: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, efficient processes for managing leads, sales pipelines, and marketing funnels in HubSpot. Ensure system accuracy and usability.
- Market insights: Monitor and analyse customer behavior and market trends to uncover opportunities for revenue growth and deliver insights to leadership for prioritization.
- Cross-functional teamwork: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to validate financial results, align on objectives, and drive shared success metrics.
Who You Are:
- Strategic and proactive professional with expertise in optimizing revenue operations, including pipeline management, data analysis, and process design.

- Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail, skilled at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to guide business decisions.

- Results-driven with a proven ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives effectively, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence.
We'd Love You to Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Revenue Operations Manager or in related roles such as Sales Operations or Marketing Operations.
- Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and insights generation, with hands-on experience in tools like HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes around sales pipelines, customer funnels, and marketing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting customer and market trends to identify revenue growth opportunities and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and environments, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive alignment.
