Analyst
Sales Operations, US Luxury

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our US Luxury team. This person will report into the Senior Manager of Sales Operations. They will serve as a liaison for all cross functional teams in the Luxury Division, as they relate to both revenue & non-revenue items. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the sell-in team on monthly and seasonal deliveries focusing on the following portfolio of brands : Gucci Make-up, Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Kylie Cosmetics, Philosophy & Orveda.
The Ideal candidate should be adaptable to the changing business context & needs and should be able to communicate progress and risk to management effectively and on a consistent basis.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Working as part of a team to support Sales.
- Liaise with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning & Supply to drive monthly/seasonal deliverables.
- Provide reporting on a bi-weekly basis to track shipments/ orders / proper flow of all NS tools.
- Align monthly with Trade Marketing, demand planning & sell-in teams to ensure forecasts are properly flowed for the balance of the season.
- Allocation setup and maintenance.
- Ad Hoc reporting for sell-in / Sales Ops
- Coordinate projects under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- Education: 4 years bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1yr+ in Trade Marketing, Channel Strategy, Sales operations or Liaison support teams
- Strong Communication Skills
Desirable:
- Experience in allocations
- Must be autonomous, decisive, with strategic thinking.

Base Salary Range: $75,000-90,000 + bonus
