Our client is a leading provider of financial management software that simplifies the lives of consumers and businesses worldwide. As a company that thrives on innovation, they are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to support their growing UK sales team. This role is designed for someone with expert-level data storytelling and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will work closely with sales leaders and operations teams, building strong relationships to improve processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with sales and operations leaders to provide insights and recommendations that empower data-driven decision-making, ensuring that sales strategies align with business goals.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze large and complex data sets, identifying trends and making recommendations based on historical data to optimize sales performance and strategy.
- Data Integration & Insight Generation: Work with various data sources, cleaning and joining them to provide actionable insights for sales teams and leadership. You’ll be the go-to person for understanding key business challenges and customer behaviors.
- Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable insights, ensuring that the sales operations team can make informed, strategic decisions.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify areas where new experiments, data-driven solutions, and tools can improve sales performance, from initial research through to implementation and analysis.
- Communication & Reporting: Develop clear, concise communication strategies and reports for senior leadership teams, ensuring they understand the business challenges and performance metrics.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, with a solid understanding of how data can drive sales growth and efficiency.
- Salesforce Administration: Minimum 2 years of experience working with Salesforce, with certifications being a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx is highly desirable. Strong experience with Excel, Power BI, and VBA is essential, while familiarity with platforms like Databricks or Github is a plus.
- Data Analysis Expertise: Proven ability to analyze, manage, and derive insights from large datasets, including experience in creating repeatable frameworks for productivity tests.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Creative and strategic thinker with a strong ability to develop innovative solutions that solve complex business challenges.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
