Position description: To help streamline procedures throughout the account journey support with best practices in day to day operations reporting and communications with respective stakeholders As a Business Analyst the responsibilities would include execution of assigned business processes from end-to-end and further to identify operational challenges in the process to help larger team in improving the efficiency of the defined process
Primary Responsibilities
- Support Delivery Leads in Reporting Monitoring activities for CPS accounts
- Connect with Backend teams (NAD Ops SD etc) on daily basis to ensure proper lead flow and follow-ups
- Ensure dealer matrix is updated and cordinate with dealer ecosystem in case any update is required
- Act as a custodian for all day to day work reporting and dashboard from the data which is useful for business decision making of middlesenior management
- Work with cross functional team (Operations product tech and finance) to complete the task required for client
- Track and analyze key metrics SBU growth target attainment
- Compile key pieces of information related to performance against defined KPIs to be reviewed by Management and report anomalies if any
- Stay current with customer needs and strategies utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example emails newsletters PowerPoint presentations task lists updates) to communicate updates and findings and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example senior management Customers peer group)
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders identifying business needs determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices monitoring progress and results recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities and adapting to competing demands organizational changes and should be open to new responsibilities
- Support in reporting requirements during various reviews meetings with Senior Leadership
