Get to Know the Opportunity:
Supports the sales operations through ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of technology support. and expense management, coordinating marketing support and project management of strategic initiatives. Ensures efficient operation and maintenance of technology support. May act as liaison between field and sales personnel.
Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.
The Contributions You’ll Make:

Responsible for day-to-day ownership of Sales technology stack within Benefitfocus

Maintain data accuracy within the CRM system, ensuring proper opportunity management, and optimizing CRM features to streamline sales activities

Manages, coaches, and develops team of Sales Operations Analysts

Develop and maintain sales/service reports and dashboards including sales funnel activity, KPIs, business health metrics, etc. across all business segments within Benefitfocus

Collaborate with various business partners across Benefitfocus to streamline workflows and to drive consistency across different lines of business

Delivers effective field communication to support change management and sales readiness

Collaborates with key business stakeholders to assist in training and documentation to support new workflows and drive consistency

Participate as requested on special projects, contract administration, and marketing operations

Point person for troubleshooting and routing user inquiries related to data, workflows, and reporting.

Acts as liaison between sales, service and technology teams
Minimum Knowledge & Experience:
-
Previous experience working in a sales environment and 3-5 years in Sales Operations required

Previous management experience developing and coaching a team
-
Proven ability to create and implement change, drive results, and hold others accountable

Strong strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical action steps required

Strong organization and project management skills required

Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively required

Demonstrated ability to work effectively without direct supervision

Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as solid written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya may offer incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
