We are looking for a Senior Manager in the Sales team who will assist in driving the success of our sales operations. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and the team to ensure that sales strategies are executed effectively, customer relationships are nurtured, and targets are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Management & Support:
- Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the sales team.
- Participate in regular team meetings, offering strategic suggestions to boost sales performance.
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to design and execute sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
- Assist the team in managing customer accounts and ensuring high service quality.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and analytics, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to enhance sales performance.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads using various channels.
- Support the team in prospecting for new clients and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
- Product Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry developments.
- Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and effective sales techniques.
- Sales Administration & Coordination:
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and proposals.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Coordination & Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Assist in organizing sales events, presentations, and meetings.
- Compliance & Ethical Standards:
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Report compliance issues to the Sales Manager as required.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Graduate and above.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in a Senior Manager or equivalent role, ideally within a sales or sales support environment in the EdTech or related industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹100,000 per month
