About this Role:
This is an opportunity to work with our Revenue Operations team to support the Platform & Ad Sales teams in our SalesForce CRM by managing leads, pipeline, and sales processes. This includes owning the venue procurement process, order management workflows, and ensuring that self-service device lifecycle functions smoothly & efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in SalesForce administration, workflows, and comfortable functioning in an agile environment. They will enjoy learning, be a high function communicator, and are able to work on a small team across multiple business units to balance incoming requests to support the sales teams with identified feature enhancements.
Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administration and end-user support of SalesForce, including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles and roles; customizing objects, record types, page layouts, fields and formulas; and building automation where possible through the use of flows

Collaborate and work as a team with stakeholders, product, and software engineers to implement and troubleshoot new apps and systems

Create and maintain customized reporting and dashboards

Clean Records in Salesforce if errors are found

Assist platform and ads sales teams with day to day SalesForce tickets and questions

Create documentation for SOPs and best practices on SalesForce user operations

Data imports and exports for our various teams

Assist in the administration of other tools in our platform and ad sales software stack
Required Qualifications:

1-2 years' SalesForce Lightning Sales Cloud experience

Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards

Strong documentation and training skills

Able to quickly understand complex technical problems

Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
