The Sales Operations Manager II is responsible for managing and optimizing the sales operations within the company. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, analyzing sales data, developing strategies to improve sales performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the sales, distribution and manufacturing departments.
Key Responsibilities

Support Director of Sales Operations and Sales Team with Daily Tasks related to distribution and supply chain

Develop, implement, and maintain efficient sales processes and workflows.

Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.

Utilize data to support strategic decision-making and sales strategies.

Communicate with distribution, compliance, manufacturing, and other supply chain departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Work with the rest of the Sales Operations department to plan the execution of statewide initiatives, promos, and product launches.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory turnover, order accuracy, shipping times, and cost efficiency.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure there is enough stock to meet customer demand without overstocking or selling out.

Work with the collections and accounting teams to monitor account behavior with regards to payment.

Technical Skills & Abilities

Education & Experience

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business Administration or related field preferred but not required

Cannabis Distribution and Logistics Experience Required.

Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 20 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.

Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer

Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift.

Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
