Purpose of Your Work:
As a Sales Operations Manager working within Redwood Platform Services (one of our entities),you will be responsible to lead the development and execution of revenue operations strategies, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and operational expertise to enhance the company's revenue performance.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Design, implement, and regularly review Sales strategies and process, including developing and managing the Sales Rules of Engagement (RoE) to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Foster collaboration and alignment across departments, including sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and operations
- Work with the Sales Leadership Teams and colleagues to enable accurate business planning, pipeline forecasting, and methodology adoption to track sales results with periodic metrics/KPI reporting and insights
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our sales technology stack, ensuring flawless data management and utilization
- Collaborate with the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team to establish and refine performance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making
- Swiftly address and resolve operational challenges, suggesting improvements to systems and processes to fuel scalable growth
- Work in tandem with the Sales Enablement team to identify and rectify knowledge and skill gaps, ensuring ongoing development and training
- Document and disseminate operational best practices to elevate overall team performance

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in revenue management, operations, or related roles, preferably in the technology or logistics industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading revenue operations initiatives and driving measurable results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term goals
- Proficiency in revenue management tools, CRM systems, and business intelligence platforms
- A master multitasker, adept at managing multiple initiatives, from broad-scale projects to immediate operational demands

Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.
Compensation Range:
$80,000 - $100,000
This position is eligible to earn annual incentives based on individual and company performance.
The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job, and the budgeted funds for this role.
