As the Sales Leader, you’ll spearhead growth, establish the sales strategy, and build a high-performing sales function from scratch. Starting as a hands-on contributor, you’ll secure critical early wins and scale the team to capitalize on this massive market opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Deliver $500k+ ARR in the first 12 months by landing and expanding SME and enterprise accounts.
- Develop Strategy: Secure at least 5 SME contracts and 2 enterprise clients within the first 6 months.
- Leverage POCs: Turn existing proof-of-concept projects into long-term, revenue-generating partnerships.
- Build a Team: Recruit and lead a world-class sales team by month 9.
- Expand Markets: Penetrate new industries and geographies, optimizing processes for scalability.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in sales, with 3-5 years in leadership roles at B2B SaaS companies.
- Expertise selling technical solutions to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver $1M+ ARR in startup/early-stage environments.
- Strong networks in U.S & EMEA enterprise or mid-market companies.
- Experience building and scaling sales teams from scratch.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
