Role Overview:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Director in implementing strategies and managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team. This role will focus on optimizing sales processes, pipeline management, and providing sales teams with the tools and data needed to achieve their goals. You will work closely with sales leadership to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and territory management processes.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and business systems teams to ensure accurate data flow between systems.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and optimize the system for the sales team’s needs.
• Foster business partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships to align sales operations initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with broader company initiatives.
• Manage sales compensation plans and ensure accurate tracking and execution.
• Drive sales enablement initiatives by developing training programs and supporting content creation.
Required Skills:
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Required Experience:
• 5-8 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
