Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Lead to join a growing team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. This role will be instrumental in optimising revenue processes and supporting the global growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence across the revenue organisation
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting and pipeline management processes
- Design and implement revenue-focused KPIs and metrics
- Optimise our CRM and revenue tech stack
- Create and maintain sales compensation structures
- Streamline quote-to-cash processes
- Support territory planning and account segmentation
- Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Revenue Operations experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech
- Strong understanding of financial services, particularly post-trade operations
- Experience with Salesforce and revenue intelligence platforms
- Proven track record of implementing scalable revenue processes
- Excellence in data analysis and reporting
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with enterprise sales teams
