Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales enablement manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing our enablement strategy, supporting Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with sales materials, process documentation, and internal resource development. The Sales Enablement Manager will play a vital role in translating marketing assets into sales materials, helping to scale our enablement efforts to maximize sales effectiveness and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
- Under the guidance of the VP of Revenue Operations, execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the VP of Revenue Operations to implement best-in-class processes, tools, and resources to empower the sales team.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to plan and participate in virtual sales training sessions for new product updates and/or launches.
- Own the creation and dissemination of sales process training materials, playbooks, and onboarding resources to equip SDRs and AEs for success.
Sales Process Improvement
- Work closely with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to identify and resolve process gaps, ensuring streamlined workflows across the sales organization.
- Act as a trusted resource for process troubleshooting, working with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve gaps and issues in a timely manner.
Internal Technical/CRM Documentation
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accessibility of documentation related to CRM systems, sales tools, sales processes, and sales team technical resources in a shared cloud environment, including SharePoint and Confluence.
- Ensure documentation remains current, accessible, and user-friendly, enabling the sales team to maximize productivity.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Implementation, Account Management, and Customer Success to align on enablement initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across the sales team.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to enhance communication and achieve shared objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with a proven track record in executing enablement strategy.
- Experience executing sales enablement in a B2B and/or B2B2C SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement and automation tools, including Terminus, Clari, Salesloft, ChiliPiper, Badger Maps, HubSpot, Seamless.ai, and other tools.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of measuring enablement program success, reporting findings to management, and making data-driven improvements.
