Our client seeks a Sales Operations & Enablement Analyst who can provide strategic consultation and expertise across the sales organization for continuing growth and development. S/he will be self-motivated, highly analytical, data-driven, and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The Sales Operations & Enablement Analyst will contribute to the overall success of the entire sales organization and help drive sales excellence.
This role will be essential to building internal capabilities and business systems to develop the most effective and efficient way to grow their channel ecosystem.
A typical day may include:
Sales Operations Support
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations.
- Provide weekly reporting for Salesforce opportunities, including the sales funnel, pipeline, and tracking.
- Organize and participate in QBRs.
- Assist in developing sales goals and tracking performance. Distribute updates to leaders periodically.
Sales Enablement
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, training documents, and product information. This includes maintenance of the company’s Sales Resource Library.
- Create and modify reports, dashboards, and records within the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).
- Coordinate and facilitate sales training sessions and workshops.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team by addressing inquiries.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights.
- Create and distribute regular sales performance reports.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets.
- Provide ad-hoc research assistance to the executive team, including material for board meetings and monthly business reviews.
Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and recommend process enhancements.
Projects
- Identify trends and collaborate with the sales team to ensure feedback is integrated into the forecasts, supporting demand planning within the company's SIOP process.
- Support sales leaders with the company’s Geo Expansion initiatives.
- Aid in the company’s ongoing development efforts within Salesforce (SFDC).
Professional Experience/Qualifications
· 2+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
· Strong working experience with Excel and Salesforce reporting REQUIRED
· Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets
· Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
· Bachelor's degree qualification in Business or related discipline required
