Transactions take place between corporations and project developers at the source, without any middlemen or hidden fees. CEEZER achieves this by providing scientific quality and pricing insights that help buyers and sellers interact, while allowing them to monitor credits in a balanced, high-quality portfolio.
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/d). You’ll work closely with our revenue team and CRO in a collaborative, fast-moving, VC-funded startup.
YOUR TASKS
- Work closely with revenue leadership on initiatives to drive performance and implement the go-to-market strategy
- Be responsible for quota-setting and managing sales compensation for various revenue functions; overseeing commission payments
- Support sales forecasting and is a key player in strategic planning
- Partner with cross-functional teams: Finance, HR, Product, Operations, and Impact teams to streamline processes and establish efficient workflows
- Build strong relationships with sales teams to drive adoption of revenue operations processes, partnering with leaders to remove obstacles and enhance performance
- Deliver ongoing and ad hoc reporting on metrics, providing trend analysis and actionable insights
- To prepare key revenue metrics and visual reports for quarterly board meetings
- Continuously optimize territory strategy, defining and enforcing engagement rules
- Manage the revenue tool stack and their processes (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav) for enhanced revenue outcomes
- Oversee CRM management and ensure accurate reporting
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role in a B2B technology company
- Highly skilled in managing both Hubspot and Salesforce, as well data analysis tools
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across team
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
