About the role:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Research Sales Operations and Analytics Team. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business process expertise to support our transformational agreements and ensure data integrity across our systems. This role is crucial in optimizing our revenue lifecycle and strengthening RevOps as the central hub of our Research commercial business.

How you will make an impact:
- Drive process excellence by developing and maintaining robust tracking systems for transformational agreements, ensuring alignment between contract requirements and financial transactions.
- Create and implement scalable system processes that adapt to evolving sales models and business landscapes, enabling efficient operations across the revenue lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Contract teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with business terms across all platforms.
- Develop comprehensive PowerBI dashboards and Excel-based analytics tools that provide actionable insights for stakeholder decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows between Research Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Evaluate and optimize Salesforce data management practices to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.
Support in the operational and reporting aspects of the One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) initiative in India.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with PowerBI
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Understanding of revenue operations and sales processes
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience with transformational or complex business agreements (preferred)
Knowledge of the scholarly publishing industry (preferred)
