What We Need
CORPAY is seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Enablement Manager to join our Melbourne team. This strategic role is dedicated to optimizing sales operations, driving process improvements, and leading enablement initiatives that enhance the performance of our sales teams across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of our sales processes, Salesforce CRM, and training programs while equipping sales teams with the necessary tools, insights, and best practices to maximize productivity and revenue growth.

Role Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Australasia Sales Director, you will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create scalable sales enablement programs and optimize sales operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring sales teams have the necessary training, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Some key responsibilities will include:
Sales Enablement & Training:

Develop and deliver training programs on sales methodologies, CRM utilization, and sales performance best practices.

Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the right knowledge and resources.

Establish and maintain a centralized repository of enablement materials, playbooks, and process documentation.
Revenue Operations & Process Optimization:

Assess, refine, and streamline sales processes to improve lead flow, pipeline progression, and conversion rates.

Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Partner with sales leadership to build and implement scalable processes that drive revenue efficiency.
CRM & Data Management:

Manage the Salesforce CRM to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.

Perform system audits and implement improvements for better user adoption and reporting.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to define reporting standards, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
Performance & Insights:

Develop and track key sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.

Generate reports and dashboards that measure sales productivity, effectiveness, and revenue performance.

Identify and recommend tools, processes, and strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:

5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or sales operations, preferably in FinTech or SaaS.

A strong background in sales enablement, training, and coaching.

Expertise in Salesforce CRM administration, optimization, and reporting.

A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Experience in developing and implementing sales processes, playbooks, and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a passion for fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a growth and continuous improvement mindset.

Knowledge of Agile project methodologies is a plus.
