The Sales Operations Executive role is for a StarHub subsidiary. This role supports day to day operations pertaining to all new orders, liaising both externally & internally on orders.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
End-end fulfilment of Orders: Order processing according to the agreed SLA. Includes updating ETAs, arrangement of deliveries, coordination with services team, sending out e-licenses, billing, etc.
Act as the key link in communication with our customers for enquiries on their orders.
Work closely with other functions like Procurement, Finance, Sales, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Maintain and build good relationships with suppliers and customers to fulfil their requirements through prompt response via email/phone
Perform billing
Assist with Customers’ RMA requests, when required
Reports for Partners, backlog, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your Skills, Experience and Key Requirements
Diploma in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or in relevant fields
Related working experience in a similar position especially in supply chain operations, processing, and documentation flows
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet timeline
Willing to work as a team and share responsibilities where needed
Able to handle day to day tasks with No or little supervision
Demonstrate adaptability with desire to learn new technical and non-technical skills
Self-motivated and positive
