Job Role- Business Operations Specialist
We're RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants, helping companies utilise HubSpot to streamline and help their sales/marketing/business teams function at scale. We are one of the fastest-growing companies based out of Gurgaon with an amazing team increasing exponentially each month. We have a sustainable bootstrapped revenue engine that is growing 30% M-o-M as well.
About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations/BizOps Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimising our internal processes, implementing efficient systems, and ensuring smooth operations across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Develop and implement business strategies to support growth and profitability.

Analyse data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Oversee project management tools and systems, ensuring they are utilised effectively.

Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive operational efficiency
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience in business operations, preferably within a digital marketing agency or HubSpot environment.

Proven track record of implementing successful business strategies and improving operational processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Experience with project management tools (e.g Zoho, Asana, Trello) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) are preferred.

Certification in HubSpot or other relevant platforms is a plus.
