Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, addressing their queries via phone calls and emails to create a positive learning experience.
- Provide product information, support, and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.
- Evaluate and counsel students enrolled in Internshala’s Placement Guarantee Courses (PGC), ensuring their resumes and cover letters align with industry standards.
- Deliver resume feedback and meet monthly targets for resume evaluation and preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, payments, and issue resolutions.
- Identify student queries, analyze trends, and provide effective solutions.
- Assist students in making informed decisions by explaining course details, pricing, and benefits.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless student support.
- Identify and resolve issues in student accounts proactively.
- Support inbound lead management, engage with prospective students, share product details, and pass relevant leads to the sales team.
- Track and analyze data to continuously improve student support services.
