What You'll Do
- Run data operations - scrape, clean, enrich, and maintain prospect lists using tools like Clay, Fullenrich, Apollo, and others
- Scale outbound infrastructure - add and manage contacts in JustCall, set up sequences in Smartlead, maintain CRM hygiene
- Build and maintain GTM workflows - work with n8n, Zapier, and other automation tools to streamline lead generation and outreach
- Support campaign execution - help the growth team run email, LinkedIn, and cold call campaigns
- Monitor and report - track key metrics, flag issues, and help optimize conversion at each stage
- Research support - gather intel on prospects, TAM, and market trends to feed into campaign strategy
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of GTM/sales ops/growth experience - you've done outbound, worked with data, or supported a sales/marketing team
- Hands-on with tech - comfortable learning new tools fast, basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
- Data-savvy - you know your way around spreadsheets, can clean messy data, and understand data enrichment flows
- AI-aware - you follow the space, know which tools are legit vs hype
- Detail-oriented - you catch errors before they become problems
- Available to work from Bangalore office 5 days a week
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Clay, Smartlead, JustCall, Apollo, or similar GTM stack
- Basic SQL or Python knowledge
- Previous startup experience
