We're hiring a Sales and GTM Associate to work directly with the Founder and own critical parts of our sales pipeline, outbound efforts, and customer journey. This is a high-impact role with steep learning and real ownership from day one.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Pipeline and Sales Execution:
- Manage and nurture inbound and outbound pipeline.
- Drive follow-ups across leads, prospects, and partners.
- Assist in closing deals through strong coordination and communication.
- Support deal execution including proposals and contracts.
Outbound And GTM
- Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Support GTM initiatives and experiment with new outreach strategies.
- Identify patterns in sales and improve conversion funnels.
Founders Office Exposure
- Shadow the Founder on sales calls, demos, and client conversations.
- Work on high-impact projects across GTM, product, and fundraising.
Client Engagement And Demos
- Conduct product demos for prospective clients.
- Handle customer communication via email and calls.
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
Analytics And Reporting
- Analyze pipeline data, campaign performance, and conversions.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate tracking of activities.
- Report on pipeline health and sales performance.
Operations And Coordination
- Manage scheduling with prospects and clients.
- Assist in onboarding, including setting up client accounts.
- Ensure smooth handoff between sales and delivery teams.
- Prepare proposals, onboarding materials, and documentation.
Requirements
- Tier I / Tier II Undergraduate or Postgraduate.
- Strong interest in B2B sales, startups, and GTM.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership and execution-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
