About the Role
To lead entire business re-engineering, planning & control, finance, accounts, taxation, working capital, audit, compliance, and commercial. Contribute to Business strategy and planning, working closely with the Oversight of IT. Develop and maintain Robust systems, processes & controls. Contribute to developing & maintaining a vibrant culture focused on efficiencies/productivity and controls.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Post qualification Experience: 18-28 years, CA or MBA -Finance. Worked with mid-size MNCs or a Professionally Managed High Growth Group. Exposure to having handled imports and distribution required. Has worked extensively in the Services / Consumer-facing sectors. Experience in business and financial re-engineering, scale-up, improving business processes, driving culture change and organizational transformation.
