What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, project feasibility, and investment strategies in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, due diligence, and fundraising, with a strong ability to analyze project viability and optimize financial performance. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations to drive business growth and investment success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and manage detailed cash flow projections for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all direct and indirect cost breakups are accounted for.
- Lead budget preparation for both projects and the organization, ensuring cost optimization and profitability.
- Conduct project technical and financial feasibility analysis, providing well-researched recommendations.
2. Due Diligence & Compliance
- Perform initial legal and technical due diligence for new and existing projects.Review and validate key legal documents such as JV/JD or DM Agreements, Development Agreement (DA),
- PAA, POA, Irrevocable Consent, and other MOUs.
- Ensure compliance with real estate approval processes and timelines.
3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Process Development
- Develop and implement SOPs, checklists, financial matrices, and business coefficients to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Market Analysis & Sales Planning
- Conduct market comparative analysis to evaluate competitive positioning and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for sales planning and revenue forecasting.
- 5. Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Expertise in securing project financing through AIFs, NBFCs, Banks, and Global Fund Houses.
- Prepare Fund House IM (Information Memorandum), Executive Summaries, and Investor Decks to support fundraising efforts.
- Engage in investor meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and closures.
- 6. Reporting & MIS
- Develop and manage MIS reports, executive summaries, and monthly management reports to aid decision-making.
- Provide strategic insights through detailed financial reports and dashboards.
Who Can Apply?
- Education: Minimum of an MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in financial management, project finance, or investment analysis, ideally in the real estate or infrastructure industry.
- Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and due diligence, with a proven ability to assess project feasibility and recommend strategic decisions.
- Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations, JV/JD or DM Agreements, DA Agreements, and other key legal documents related to real estate finance.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with investors, banks, fund houses, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Fundraising & Investment: Hands-on experience in fundraising through AIFs, NBFCs, Banks, and Global Fund Houses, with expertise in preparing investor decks and financial reports.
