A venture-backed, mission-led business is looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive team at a pivotal stage of growth.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants to do more than oversee numbers.
You will sit at the centre of decision making, working closely with the CEO and Board to shape strategy, build financial rigour, and ensure the business scales sustainably in a highly regulated environment.

Experience in insurance, trust-based products, or adjacent sectors would be particularly relevant, but mindset and judgement matter more than a perfect sector match.
