- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail technology and IT services.
- Lead high-impact sales campaigns tailored to NetworkBay’s product and service offerings.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Foster a results-driven culture through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Market Expansion:
- Expand the company’s presence in the retail sector by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in the retail industry.
- Act as the face of NetworkBay, representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Sales Operations:
- Monitor sales metrics and create reports to measure team performance and market trends.
- Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and proposal development to secure new deals.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with the product and operations teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
- 7+ years in sales roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within the retail sector.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related fields. An MBA is preferred.
- Personality Traits:
- Highly motivated and sales-oriented.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of retail sector dynamics, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Familiarity with retail technology and IT services is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B or B2C retail sales.
- Exposure to selling solutions like advanced retail fixtures, technology integration, or IT services.
