Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. The CFO will work closely with the Board of Directors to drive financial success and ensure the company maintains its fiscal health. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the service sector, a background in Chartered Accountancy (CA), and a proven track record of leadership across multiple companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Present regular financial updates to the Board of Directors.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure profitability and growth.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital efficiently.
- Drive the financial performance of 4-5 companies, handling financial operations for each entity.
- Collaborate with senior management to guide business strategy and decision-making.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
- At least 12 years of experience in a senior financial role, ideally in the service sector.
- Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and corporate finance.
- Experience in managing financial operations across multiple companies.
- Excellent understanding of corporate governance and financial regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with the Board of Directors and senior executives.
