ROOFTOP PTE. LTD. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Executive to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and support revenue growth. This role will be responsible for managing sales data, streamlining workflows, supporting client interactions, and coordinating sales reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to enhance productivity and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Sales Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and recommend process improvements.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update sales records, track leads, and manage customer data in CRM systems.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with documentation, proposals, contracts, and client communication.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate sales performance reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve decision-making.
- Pricing & Quotation Management: Ensure accurate pricing, prepare quotations, and manage pricing approvals.
- Customer Relationship Support: Coordinate follow-ups, manage inquiries, and enhance the client onboarding process.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies and optimize results.
- Training & Enablement: Assist in training new sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices.
