Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Global Computer Sales (GCS)
Location: Lake Mary, FL (On-Site)
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives. $100,000-$150,000 range.

As we continue to scale, we seek a results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to optimize our financial operations, drive profitability, and position the company for future acquisition/merger opportunities while securing strong credit lines with financial institutions.
Position Overview:
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic financial planning, and risk management. This role will also focus on reducing external CPA costs, enhancing internal financial processes, and ensuring the company's financial health aligns with growth and acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute financial strategies that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiencies.
- Prepare GCS for a potential acquisition or merger by optimizing financial structures, reporting, and compliance.
- Develop and implement long-term financial plans, including capital allocation strategies.
- Secure and manage large credit lines from banks and financial institutions to support business expansion.
Accounting & Financial Operations:
- Oversee and manage daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Reduce reliance on external CPA firms, bringing monthly accounting costs down from $3K to $1K.
- Implement cost-saving measures and financial controls to improve profitability.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and internal financial reporting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements, tax filings, and audits.
Cash Flow & Risk Management:
- Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and optimize working capital.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect company assets.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with lenders, banks, and investors.
- Improve internal financial processes, including invoice tracking, expense management, and vendor payments.
Acquisition & Merger Preparation:
- Conduct financial due diligence and valuation assessments to prepare the company for acquisition or merger opportunities.
- Identify and implement financial restructuring strategies to maximize valuation.
- Work closely with legal and investment teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Team Leadership & Office Support:
- Provide financial leadership to the executive team, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Train and manage finance-related staff to enhance in-house financial expertise.
- Oversee financial reporting and analytics to support company-wide decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA or CFA designation is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in IT hardware, e-commerce, or resale industries.
- Proven track record of securing large credit lines and improving financial efficiency.
- Strong experience in M&A preparation, due diligence, and financial structuring.
- Expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel modeling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
