We are looking for a data-driven Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) to optimize and scale our revenue processes at voize. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success by implementing scalable systems, automation, and data-driven strategies. You will play a key role in improving pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and CRM optimization while ensuring seamless collaboration between teams. Lead and optimize revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success to enhance efficiency.
Develop scalable processes, automation, and systems to improve pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
Align lead generation with sales execution to optimize funnel efficiency and attribution modeling.
Enhance customer lifecycle management and retention strategies in collaboration with customer success.
Ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting in partnership with finance.
Provide key business insights through data analysis to support leadership decision-making.
Manage and optimize the CRM (HubSpot) and revenue tech stack (Apollo, Clay, etc.) for data integrity and automation.
Drive sales planning, onboarding, and enablement for account executives.
4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
Strong expertise in sales planning, operations processes, and commission structures (SaaS experience is a plus).
Proficiency in HubSpot; experience with Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs is an advantage.
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Deep understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle from both a revenue and operational perspective.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to executive stakeholders.
Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1) to effectively engage with local and international partners.
