Position Overview
Kara Connect seeks an energetic, results-driven team player with a strategic mindset and a strong track record of driving sales growth in a B2B environment. We seek a manager who understands our customers well (HR and Finance leaders) and how they face multiple urgent challenges regarding their employees’ wellbeing and mental health.
First and foremost, we’re looking for a leader, a builder, and a problem-solver to coordinate our sales and marketing teams. We’re looking for a team player who knows how to motivate, build and inspire/incentivise a team of salespeople so that they might thrive and grow. The candidate will be a key executive team member in management, developing Kara Connect as a product and value proposition and furthering our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue and Sales Management
- Lead, mentor, build and manage the sales and partnership team to achieve sales targets and ensure high performance.
- Responsible for data-driven S&M strategy and tactics
- Define and research sectors, markets and market segments and analyse opportunities
- Managing and coordinating all company’s activities that generate revenue
- Supervising existing sales channels and partnerships and product lead lead gen.
- Responsible for pricing strategies and business model development
- Identify and resolve issues across customer success functions impacting sales and retention
- Track, analyse and share sales metrics and performance KPIs to inform strategic decisions and adjustments.
Customer and Partnership Success
- Build strong relationships with key clients and customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment with overall strategy. Oversee all customer touchpoints, from pre-sale to post-sale.
- Expand the possibilities of strategic partnerships with EAPs, insurers, and other relevant stakeholders to drive business growth with the management team.
Marketing and Brand Management
- Build strategies alongside the head of marketing to develop Kara Connect as a trusted partner in wellbeing and mental health for practitioners and customers.
- Manage and align sales and marketing goals with Kara Connect head of marketing, ensuring ROI on marketing spend.
- Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels to enhance the company’s brand image and market presence in campaigns and strengthen the brand’s perception in the wellbeing industry.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Preferably 7-10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership solution selling role. Has worked with marketing teams and success teams to connect user experience and growth.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
