Role: Executive Coordinator - Chief Revenue Officer
Location: Remote within the UK - We offer Choice based working that gives you the opportunity to work from a UK location of your choice, we also offer various Konica Minolta office and Regus office spaces across the UK. This role will require travel to our offices in London,Birmingham & Manchester at the request of the business
Package: £28,000 - £32,000 plus 10% bonus.

We are seeking an Executive Support Coordinator to join our team at Konica Minolta!
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Coordinator to provide first-class support to our Chief Revenue Officer and the Sales & Marketing Senior Leadership Team.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-energy commercial function—managing schedules, coordinating key leadership meetings, handling travel arrangements, and supporting performance tracking and communications. Your ability to multitask, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and maintain absolute attention to detail will be critical to success.
A key part of this role will be transforming data into clear, impactful presentations using PowerPoint—turning performance metrics, sales figures, and strategic updates into compelling visual reports for leadership meetings. Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools will be essential to ensure data is presented effectively and drives informed decision-making.
With a passion for technology and a keen interest in commercial business, you'll ensure seamless day-to-day operations, helping to drive efficiency and alignment across the CRO function. Strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and a proactive mindset will set you apart in this dynamic role.
