Wiqayah, a leading management consultancy services company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the sales team by streamlining operations, managing sales data, and facilitating effective communication across departments. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency, ensuring that our sales initiatives are executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, and managing day-to-day operational tasks.
- Data Management & Reporting: Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the sales database and CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), generate regular sales reports, and perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Assist in developing, implementing, and refining sales processes and strategies, ensuring they align with Wiqayah’s overall business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to support lead generation activities, coordinate sales initiatives, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Project Coordination: Manage ad hoc projects and initiatives assigned by the Sales Manager, ensuring timely and efficient execution to support sales targets and operational excellence.
