We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day executive support to HUB24's Chief Financial Officer.
This role is based in Sydney, with a commitment to in-office attendance four - five days a week. Join us to engage in a dynamic environment where you will play a vital role in proactively supporting our Chief Financial Officer, and partnering with Administration staff on company-wide initiatives.

Provide day-to-day executive support to the CFO including decision making and problem solving where directed

Maximise efficiency for the Finance through implementing work processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement

Provide administrative support to key leadership team members as required

Board scheduling and calendar management

Twice yearly scheduling of investor road shows

Enhance the CFO's time efficiency through strong prioritisation, effective diary and mailbox management, proactive preparation and detailed follow up on key deliverables

Draft communications on behalf of the CFO, prepare PowerPoint presentations and project material

Work with CoSec to ensure all HUB24 subsidiary board and board committee deliverables are met

Manage travel, invoices, expenses and other approvals

Organise quarterly town halls, regular offsites and other team building activities.

Ability to write content in a concise and accurate manner appropriate for an Executive audience

Articulate and persuasively present critical arguments

Build rapport and professional credibility

Manage self and others to meet deadlines, and display flexibility in approach to deliver tasks requiring multiple stakeholder inputs

Consistently apply a high attention to detail and organisational skills

Work autonomously and as part of the broader team

Experience of providing support at the Executive level. Advantageous if you have previous experience supporting a CFO.

Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in producing correspondence, minutes, briefing reports and presentations

Highly developed negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
