The Opportunity:
As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their friendly and solution-focused team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a senior member of their leadership team, responsible for overseeing the overall financial performance and management of the finance function. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring our continuous improvement agenda is met through effective business systems and governance structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic business growth initiatives.
- Manage and develop financial strategies, compliance requirements, and controls.
- Deliver high-quality accounting services, including P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Work closely with the operations team to address manufacturing variances and improve performance.
- Provide financial insights for special projects and strategic initiatives, including market expansion and capital upgrades.
- Oversee the organisation's technology function and lead strategic IT projects.
- Partner with leaders across operations, quality, product development, and sales.
- Represent the managing director at industry events and strategic meetings as required.
About You:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and deliver outcomes.
- A tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, law, commerce, business, or a related discipline is essential; post-graduate studies are desirable.
