Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize and enhance our revenue processes. This role is responsible for supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams by ensuring seamless operations, data-driven decision-making, and process automation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in revenue operations, CRM management, and data analytics, helping drive efficiency and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities

Support revenue operations by streamlining and optimizing sales and marketing processes.
Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics, pipeline health, and performance insights.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align processes and improve revenue efficiency.
Assist in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven strategy execution.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Optimize lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and tracking.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.
Ensure compliance with revenue policies and sales processes.
Support pricing, discounting strategies, and deal structuring to maximize revenue.
Work closely with finance and leadership teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company is a plus.
