Job Summary
We're seeking a highly technical, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Operations Specialist to optimize and support our outbound sales strategy. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, and other outbound sales tools, as well as the ability to analyze sales data, improve workflows, and drive automation to enhance team efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Sales Tech Stack & Automation
- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, and other outbound sales tools
- Build and manage automated workflows, sequences, and reporting dashboards
- Identify, test, and implement new sales technology
Process Optimization & Enablement
- Design and refine sales processes, playbooks, and data hygiene standards
- Own lead scoring, routing, and segmentation strategy
- Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and leadership on outbound prospecting best practices
Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain real-time sales reports and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across all sales systems
- Analyze win/loss data, conversion rates, and funnel leakage
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, BizOps, and finance
- Provide training and documentation for sales reps
- Partner with leadership on KPIs, compensation plans, and forecasting models
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Advanced skills in CRM automation, workflow design, and lead routing logic
- Strong analytical mindset
- Experience working with outbound sales teams
- Self-starter mentality
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other data manipulation tools
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Previous experience scaling sales operations at a high-growth startup or SaaS company
