Position: Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Strategy and Operations Associate to join our Growth Team. In this role, you will focus on building and optimizing infrastructure for our revenue functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) while acting as a critical thought partner to drive strategic growth. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure operational efficiency and provide key insights.
This is a fully remote role with the option to work in an office if local to Austin, TX.

Analyze complex data sets to deliver actionable insights that shape growth strategies and operational decisions.

Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting, ensuring accurate, data-driven revenue tracking and strategic goal alignment.

Manage and drive cross-functional initiatives, facilitating stakeholder alignment and providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Assists in managing transition to new CRM (Salesforce) and integration of broader GTM tech stack.

Oversee the implementation of Clari Forecasting & Analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and visibility into the sales pipeline.

Manage and optimize the sales technology stack, ensuring tools are effectively integrated, utilized, and aligned with broader strategic and operational objectives

Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, enhance conversion rates, and drive customer acquisition.

Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, and assist in structuring compensation plans and quota tracking frameworks.

Develop and maintain robust dashboards and metrics that provide real-time visibility into revenue health and pipeline progress.

Identify and implement process improvements within sales operations, focusing on CRM optimization, sales cycle efficiency, and overall performance enhancement.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to surface growth opportunities and identify market shifts.

Lead research projects on market entry, pricing optimization, and customer retention strategies, delivering clear and actionable recommendations.

Design and execute operational experiments to optimize pricing, retention, and sales efficiency.

Support and strengthen strategic partnerships that drive growth in core markets.

Assist in executive-level projects, including board preparation, sales proposals, and high-impact presentations.
Who you are:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, revenue operations, or business analytics, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization platforms, and Excel modeling.
-
Experience in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and operational process optimization.
-
Deep understanding of sales cycles and operational metrics.
