We’re seeking a future team member for the role of GTM Strategy and Field Engagement to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is located in New York, NY – HYBRID. [KC1]
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the Data and Analytics sales and partnership teams in developing and managing Go-to-Market strategies, sales events and partnership initiatives to increase awareness, nurture leads and accelerate pipeline opportunities.
- Design and execute localized and nurturing programs partnering closely with SDR team, content, marketing communications, sales and product teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team as needed to support the development and execution of ABM and lead generation strategies.
- Manage the logistics, execution, and timeline of regional sales events, partnering closely with the D&A team on all pre- and post-event communication and strategy.
- Maintain and communicate the GTM calendar and initiatives to the commercial organization to ensure alignment and awareness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing communications, product, and ecosystem teams to deliver impactful events and initiatives that drive awareness, demand, and revenue.
- Track, measure, and report performance and ROI, analyzing results to improve and optimize efforts.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, marketing, business, finance or a related field.
- 5-8 years of demonstrated success in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company. Fintech experience a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve performance.
- A bias for action with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working in a matrixed organization.
- Familiarity working with tools such as Salesloft, PowerBI, and CRM tools.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $97,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
