Currently we have a Full-Time Operations Assistant position available.

Responsibilities associated with this role are:
- Organizing and Expediting orders on a daily basis to ensure they ship in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting as needed with purchasing
- Handling client and vendor returns
- Assisting as needed with shipping
- Assist in problem solving as issues with orders arise

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for degrees related to business.
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM.
- Excellent Business writing skills in English.

Office is located in West Kendall and office hours are Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm.
