Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in operational tasks, process coordination, and workflow optimization.
- Handle data entry, documentation, and report generation.
- Coordinate with teams for smooth business execution.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Manage inventory, vendors, and logistics (if applicable).
- Maintain records and databases.
- Conduct research and support problem-solving.
- Perform cold calling as required.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/completed a degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
- Prior internship or project experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and willingness to do cold calling.
