As an Associate in Business Operations, you will be instrumental in maintaining data and operational processes in India. Example Responsibilities

- Administrative support: Prepare and generate routine, ad hoc, and weekly/monthly reports for management reviews. Coordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings, organize events, and document key discussions and initiatives. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points
- Data management and reporting: Draft and manage various business correspondence and official letters as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, talent profiles, and databases for starters and leavers, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Employee relations and support: Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Responsible for managing and owning pre and post conflict of Interest declarationand background verification
- Culture: Champion, model, and nurture our unique culture, including supporting employee engagement surveying and related activities, and participating in key initiatives and events that build and strengthen our culture
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Other Skills
The following criteria outline the minimum hiring criteria for this position, unless otherwise stipulated below as “preferred,” or “a plus.”
- A graduation degree with relevant 4-7 years of experience.
- Excellent time management skills, high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively
- Excellent proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word & Power point
