Role Brief:
We are on a mission to scale our customer base significantly over the next two years—and we need a strategic Growth Product Manager to drive this journey. If you thrive at the intersection of product, GTM strategy, and growth, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
- Define and execute a strategy to scale the customer base significantly in the next two years.
- Identify and unlock new sectors beyond the current primary market while strengthening leadership in existing industries.
- Build the right interlocks with government and regulatory bodies to position the company as a key player in the data privacy space.
Partnerships & Channel Development
- Maximize growth via channel partners such as consulting firms and industry bodies.
- Build playbooks to leverage these partnerships for market penetration, referrals, and co-branded initiatives.
- Manage strategic alliances with system integrators (SIs), resellers, and external product partners to expand distribution and market reach.
- Develop co-sell and cross-sell motions with partners to drive revenue growth.
Strategic Product Management
- Explore M&A opportunities, product integrations, and technology collaborations that align with our growth roadmap.
- Identify potential product partnerships that enhance value proposition and market reach.
- Work closely with leadership and product teams to evaluate potential acquisitions or integrations.
Branding & Market Positioning
- Work with marketing to shape our product brand strategy and position the product effectively in the market.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across product, sales, and partnership communications.
- Develop thought leadership, case studies, and co-marketing efforts with partners.
- Own the company website, ensuring it is optimized for acquisition, activation, and conversion.
B2B Sales Motion, Events & Thought Leadership
- Shape the event strategy—identify high-value conferences, industry forums, and roundtables to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
- Establish the company as a thought leader in data privacy by driving strategic content, whitepapers, and industry discussions.
- Work closely with marketing to amplify the company’s presence and influence in the data privacy ecosystem.
- Explore alternative growth strategies to accelerate B2B customer acquisition and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-6 years of experience in product management, growth, or GTM strategy roles in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, especially in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or telecom.
- Experience working with channel partners and industry alliances to drive customer acquisition.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to experiment, iterate, and optimize growth strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, and regulatory bodies.
- A bias for execution—someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves.
