Description:
- A strong project manager that can be responsible for large projects, implementation of new sales tools with Salesforce.
- A sales operations focused in Salesforce.com, sales process, sales tool enablement, and looks for productivity improvements.
- They do this by ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and seamless integration with existing processes.
- This team member would work closely with sales, IT, marketing, and other stakeholder teams.
- They would analyze sales workflows, identify process gaps, and introduce technology driven solutions to improve productivity, reporting, and sales effectiveness.
- Strong communication to drive change management as well as process documentation and reporting to support
Skills:
- Project Management Salesforce.com experience
- Management large projects, implementation of new sales tools with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Sales tools
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail
Nice to have:
- experience with sql and BI tools
- Process automation is a plus (Zapier, python, HubSpot)
