Overview:
The SVP of Sales Operations will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, identifying and driving new business opportunities, and establishing performance-based goals to accelerate growth. This role will also oversee a structured training program designed to develop future sales originators. Additionally, the SVP of Sales will work closely with marketing to enhance lead conversion, analyze revenue data to improve sales performance, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
The SVP of Sales will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and indirectly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), while collaborating closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Performance Management
- Oversee and lead the sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities while ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and successful deal closures.
- Provide strategic direction on sales techniques, account management, and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance, ensure sales targets are met, and align with overall company goals.
- Implement and manage nationwide incentive programs to reward top performers and maintain motivation across the sales organization.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
- Develop and manage national sales forecasts and generate reports to provide insights on sales team performance.
- Ensure accurate tracking of revenue goals, sales trends, and pipeline health across all regions.
Talent Development & Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring a strong pipeline of sales talent.
- Build a collaborative and results-driven culture, with a focus on continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Meet monthly hiring targets for sales analysts and originators to support long-term business expansion.
Training & Development Program Oversight
- Design and manage a structured training program for sales analysts, equipping them with the necessary skills to transition into sales originator roles.
- Ensure effective training processes that support both individual growth and business success.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with marketing to develop integrated campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
- Align sales and marketing strategies to optimize lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Revenue Optimization & Strategic Growth
- Analyze revenue performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, reduce customer churn, and maximize long-term client value.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven success in senior sales leadership roles, with a strong background in business development, revenue management, and team leadership.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience in the lending industry highly preferred
