Job Summary
Creative Cloud Product Group Business Operations team is seeking a Senior Strategy and Business Operations Manager. This role will involve driving strategy, planning, execution, and communication for the Digital Media Product Marketing & Community team, ensuring alignment across functions, and partnering with various stakeholders to deliver on Creative Cloud strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, strategy, or product management, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to drive and deliver Creative Cloud business strategies.
- Manage end-to-end execution of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Lead annual strategic and operations planning.
- Facilitate executive reviews, including documentation and tracking of action items.
- Identify and manage risks within projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment and communication with stakeholders and executives.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in a SAAS Software Company environment.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in business operations within a software as a service (SAAS) company is strongly preferred. Experience working with high-level executives and an MBA are advantageous but not mandatory.
