Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the overall financial strategy of the organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy in financial forecasting and reporting.
- Manage all aspects of corporate finance, including capital structure, funding strategies, and investment analysis.
- Lead the accounting team in account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support business development initiatives through sound financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards while maintaining transparency in reporting.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role within a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage complex financial transactions.
- Expertise in budgeting processes, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
