Job Summary:
As an Executive - Business Operations, you will play a crucial role in the backend operations of our advertising campaigns and support the overall business processes. You will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns and landing pages within our internal software (NOVA), coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth execution of all operational tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Create and manage ad campaigns and landing pages using Ketto's internal software (NOVA).

Update campaign content and photos, extend campaign dates, and pause/restart campaigns as needed.

Ensure timely and accurate execution of all backend operations related to ad campaigns.

Operational Support: Follow up with the Field Operations Support (FOS) team for case documentation, KYC verification, and photoshoot scheduling.

Verify leads on ZOHO.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., in-house agencies, photographers) to ensure quality adherence and process compliance.

Process invoices for agencies, photographers, and other vendors.

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized data using multiple Excel sheets.

Prepare monthly reports on ad campaign performance.

Generate other required reports as needed.

Maintain detailed records for case tracking and management.

Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with in-house agencies to expedite case preparation.

Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:

0-1 years of experience in business operations or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
