Job Summary:
The Sales and Operations team is looking for a Communications intern to assist with writing communications intended for stores, to ensure consistency, accuracy of content and brand alignment at all times.
Main Responsibilities:

Work in collaboration with the team to write all memos, presentations and
communications intended for stores to ensure alignment with the communication
strategy; -
Help edit communications intended for stores from cross-functional teams;

Collaborate with policy owners to revise policies and procedures;
-
Support the editing process of training materials;
-
Write, revise and optimize various texts and presentations for the Sales and Operations
team; -
Collaborate in the writing and design of content for our social networks (Intranet
-
GDNet, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.);
Support the Sales and Operations team activities.
Qualifications:

Be currently enrolled in a college or university program;

Be eager to learn and grow;
-
Retail experience a definite asset;

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

Knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop and Illustrator an asset;

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written and spoken in French and English);

Strong problem-solving and team work skills;
-
Detail-oriented;
-
Bilingual, spoken and written, French and English.
