About the role
The Corporate Services team at IPART are looking for Business Operations Officer to work across our Business Operations Team, providing innovative solutions and exceptional customer support in the areas of procurement, work health and safety, workplace services, data and insights and corporate planning.
We are looking for someone who seeks variety in their work and wants to gain experience in optimising business processes while helping support IPART staff as they deliver services to the people of NSW.
This role will set you up for a career in the NSW public service and has a key focus on providing a range of services across the organisation to support the delivery of expert advice on procuring goods and services, project support, reporting and compliance with various legislative and policy requirements.
About you
We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy and varied environment, delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and with a level of autonomy.
Experience in procurement and corporate support is welcomed whether it’s from Government or other sectors.
You will be highly efficient at time management to address multiple priorities and unforeseen issues.
You will also be articulate in explaining processes and business requirements to our internal and external to stakeholders.
There will never be a dull day in this role as you work across the business operations and procurement functions. You will be a key player in bringing a cohesive approach to expense management, corporate and procurement reporting and working on key internal reform and quality improvement projects.
The salary range for the position is $93,738 - $102,666 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
